Certified Nursing Assistant
Must have ability to provide direct patient/resident care duties and maintain a positive physical and psychosocial environment
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Day
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and BLS license required
PRN Physical Therapist
2+ years of experience as a physical therapist, intensive education and clinical expertise, current knowledge of treatment practices
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Evening shift
Registered Nurse (RN) -Weekend
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required, BLS license required
Life Connections Coordinator
Associate degree, no experience required
