QA QC Manager Data Center

We are looking for a QA/QC Manager to own the quality program for complex, high-stakes electrical construction projects. As our QA/QC Manager, you will partner closely with project teams, field leadership, and BIM to ensure every system we install meets spec, code, and client expectations—every time.

Requirements

• Own the QA/QC program from start to finish
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project-specific QA/QC plans for large-scale, mission-critical data center projects
• Establish quality objectives, inspection criteria, and performance metrics in partnership with Project Managers and field leadership
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations, life safety systems, special systems, medium voltage systems, equipment and materials
• Verify compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards
• Drive coordination and documentation
• Lead issue resolution
• Improve how we build
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct supplier evaluations and quality audits
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of electrical testing equipment
