Job Description
As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for completing tasks to maintain a first-class community. Tasks include daily grounds pick up, cleaning of office and amenities, and assisting the Maintenance Team.
Requirements
- Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
