Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor shall support the Maintenance Technician to maintain the community in a first-class condition, including selecting, training, and supervising maintenance personnel, scheduling and completing maintenance work orders, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
- Universal HVAC Certification required
- College or Technical school training preferred
- At least 3 years previous property management experience
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team setting
- Meet ALL Maintenance Technician qualifications
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
