Retail Account Executive - Greenville, SC

Toast is expanding its POS platform offerings into new food and beverage categories. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and acquiring new accounts within the convenience store, grocery store, and bottle shop sectors. The ideal candidate will be a consultative salesperson with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and a passion for creating a successful product.

Requirements

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts.
• Generate lists of prospective convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops and manage the sales cycle.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met.
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
• Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
