Property Manager

Our client is a growing real estate organization seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of approximately 350 residential units in New York City and surrounding regions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably within New York City
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends, Section 8 housing guidelines, landlord-tenant regulations, and building maintenance practices
• Experience with NYC compliance requirements and DOB regulations preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams or vendors
