
Job description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting process issues, supporting capital project submission and installation, and overall equipment reliability. The position will work closely with the plant operations to implement new procedures or processes to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize costs.
Planning and coordinating maintenance activities, training production operators, documentation of processes and procedures. Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, creating Preventative Maintenance documents, and managing process monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of rotogravure printing, extrusion, and adhesive laminating, and slitting. The position requires good communication and technical skills, as well as business and technical skills.
