The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for executing maintenance work orders on fixed equipment in the instrumentation and control discipline, following a weekly maintenance program, in a safe, quality, and on-time manner. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technician or related field, and knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation. The Instrumentation Engineer will work in the field in mining, performing diagnostics on electrical equipment, and installing and maintaining instrumentation and control systems. The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance routines, verifying calibration and functioning of measurement and control instruments, and diagnosing failures related to instrumentation devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technician or related field
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation
• Knowledge of industrial automation
• Knowledge of reading electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams
• Ability to perform diagnostics on electrical equipment with specialized equipment
• Ability to work in the field in mining
• Knowledge of Office 365
