Job Description
Tower Research Capital is a quantitative trading firm seeking a Quant Developer to join its EMEA Development team. This role involves improving the research framework through tool development and providing support to the quantitative research team. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent knowledge of Python language and statistical libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Polars)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with workflow management and task scheduling
- C++, Bash, or financial markets experience (preferred)
