Job Description
Tower Research Capital is a quantitative trading firm seeking a Quantitative Researcher Intern to contribute to research, algorithm development, and analysis. The firm fosters a stimulating and results-oriented environment with a global impact, emphasizing collaboration, growth, and high expectations. Interns will work with experienced mentors, assisting with data analysis and trading strategy enhancement.
Requirements
- Availability for 4-5 months (January-May 2026)
- Master's and/or PhD in a quantitative field (math, statistics, physics, engineering, CS, data science, financial engineering, or related)
- Strong Python background
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
