Deputy Director of Industrial Security / Secure Facility Development Manager

U.S. Citizenship required and a current TOP SECRET clearance are essential for this Security Director position. The role involves leading security program activities, contracting program security officer duties, supervising personnel, and ensuring the protection of sensitive information and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Special Access Programs, SCI work, and a strong understanding of security standards.

Requirements

• Lead security program activities and maintain hands-on contributions.
• Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for Special Access Programs.
• Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) duties for SCI work.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, CONOPS, OPSEC Plans, and Program Protection Plans.
• Establish effective training for accessed personnel.
• Oversee facility accreditation for new or existing facilities.
• Assist with investigations regarding security incidents and violations.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and support for emerging needs.
• Resourcefulness, strong work ethic, an organized approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
