Senior Engineer – Hardware Development & Supply

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to help industrialize, test, and produce innovative hardware solutions at Trackman, a company that develops advanced sports technology. The role involves ensuring manufacturability and testability of new and existing hardware platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and have extensive experience (10+ years) within electronics development, production, or test engineering
• Have strong practical experience with test development, electronics debugging, and production environments
• Advanced user of relevant lab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum-signal generators, etc.)
• Comfortable taking technical ownership and influencing decisions across teams and senior stakeholders
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken and located in Denmark
