Merchandising Sales Associate responsible for executing variable tasks, providing customer service, and maintaining store visual standards. Must be available, flexible, and adaptable. Must have prior retail and/or merchandising experience, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts Monday thru Thursday
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain visual merchandise standards
- Perform store specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process
- Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner
- Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA
- Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT)
