Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work within the FAST Team Member network. This role involves owning and executing variable tasks like planograms, assisting with merchandise assembly, and maintaining store signage. The role requires a customer-focused approach and providing a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively with District Supervisor
- Perform store-specific measurements and tasks
- Complete planograms, reset merchandise, and cycle counts
- Adhere to Company safety training
