Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team Member (FAST) is responsible for the full variable task lifecycle for the merchandise, fixtures, and signage within a given store. This role involves merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. The team member must be flexible, adaptable, and provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and varying hours.
- Ability to communicate proactively.
- Ability to accurately complete planograms.
- Ability to perform store-specific measurements and tasks.
