• Portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and the ability to make complex systems feel simple
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and craft
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success
• Proficiency in shaping and growing design systems
• Experience in leading 0-to-1 projects or major redesigns
• Fintech or regulated industries experience is a plus
• Global product teams experience is a plus
