Job Description
As a Cargo Operator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of physical shipments, identifying the safest and most cost-effective way to transport commodities. You will be involved in logistics, contract execution, risk management & PnL controlling, and maintaining relationships with Client/Contractors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics and supply chain or shipping
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of logistical chain
- Knowledge of risks involved in logistics operations
- Understanding of best practices to deliver proper execution of trade
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiatives and ensure accountability
- Open personality with energy and drive
