Skid Steer/Bobcat Operator

Bobcat operators utilize the experience, skills, and technical knowledge to operate Bobcat equipment efficiently and safely. Contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring smooth operations, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of Bobcat equipment and its various components
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow safe operating procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Industry-related experience, with an emphasis on roads and highways
• Relevant certifications or training programs in equipment operation and safety
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Spanish
• Physical ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, talking and hearing
• Ability to stay alert and work around dirt, dust, noise associated with heavy equipment, and all-weather conditions
