Director, Agile Product Owner

Travelers is seeking a Director, Agile Product Owner to lead a team to deliver capabilities/solutions in an agile way.

Requirements

• Serve as the Enterprise Product Owner for Core Platform Capabilities and future strategic capabilities developed on the Platform
• Provide leadership and manage implementations by to define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team
• Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep understanding of and anticipate and proactively seek customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined
