Job Description
We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Lead to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies to support our culture, engagement, and alignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications, marketing, or a related field and exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3ā6 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or hybrid role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint for internal communications, WordPress or similar CMS platforms, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve communication or marketing outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
