Senior UX Designer, AI Transformation

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with AI Transformation expertise to help evolve how our design organization works and how we build AI-driven cybersecurity products. This role sits at the intersection of design craft, emerging technology, and organizational change.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX or Product Design, ideally within SaaS or IT platforms, designing for complex, data-driven environments.
• Experience or strong curiosity in leveraging AI to enhance product experiences or streamline design workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma is a must; familiarity with other prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, capable of balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present and explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments, with strong time-management skills and comfort iterating quickly.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture. Capable of delivering product design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
