The Solutions Engineer (SE) will be the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers, providing solutions to complex technical issues, and participating in alliance projects, beta testing programs, and sales presentations.
Requirements
- Provide solutions to complex technical issues in the pre-sales capacity
- Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers
- Channel feature requests to Product Management
- Participate in alliance projects
- Participate in TrendAI beta testing programs
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and beta (non-released) TrendAI products
- Assist in development of the Knowledge Base
- Provide product trainings upon request
- Share best practices with other SEs
- Contribute to building the SE Readiness Program
