Inside Sales Representative - UK

We are looking for a commercially driven and collaborative Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales Team, supporting both Interior and Exterior business opportunities in the UK. The role is based at the Trespa headquarters in Weert, the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Generating new opportunities by researching project databases, online sources, and market trends.
• Analysing and qualifying incoming leads and project information, and determining whether to follow up directly or assign opportunities to field sales colleagues.
• Proactively engaging with existing and potential customers to identify and qualify market opportunities and ensure Trespa materials are specified.
• Following up on projects throughout the full sales cycle, either independently or in close collaboration with field sales, to ensure Trespa remains the preferred product through to order stage.
• Acting as a central point of contact for customers, the UK sales team, and internal stakeholders on sales-related matters.
• Providing timely, accurate, and commercially aligned information, including pricing, product specifications, and technical support.
• Managing documentation and coordinating sample requests.
• Co-organizing and participating in factory tours, customer presentations, and trade exhibitions to represent Trespa.
• Actively contributing ideas and solutions to continuously improve the customer journey and deliver a premium customer experience.
