Job Description
Trex is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Financial Analysis Manager to provide advanced operational and financial analysis to support production efficiency, cost performance, and strategic decision-making. The manager will partner closely with plant leadership, supply chain, finance, engineering, and corporate leadership to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accountability around key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Expert in Excel, data modeling, and reporting tools (OneStream)
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities
