Software Team Lead

The Software Team Lead will lead a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, UX designers, and specialists to develop integrated machine system software that enables interoperability across global heavy equipment platforms. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and providing technical direction to the team, as well as driving engineering excellence and growing a culture of innovative efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in various Engineering roles with a deep understanding of product development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Technical direction and supervision of a professional staff
• Technical proficiency in C++ and Web/Angular development
• Proven experience leading software development teams, including coaching and conflict management
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) development and utilizing AI tools for software engineering
