Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant in our Managed Services team, you will act as a high-impact consultant, traveling to partner with external customers and using your technical expertise to implement software solutions that solve complex, real-world business challenges. You will be the primary architect of success for our managed service clients, directly influencing how they model and improve critical business processes.

What You Will Do

Spearhead the configuration of e-Builder for high-profile clients, model sophisticated business processes to drive maximum organizational efficiency, champion software adoption, architect comprehensive process and data flows, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in writing clear, concise business and system requirement documents for complex technical solutions

• Exceptional communication skills, including the diplomacy needed to navigate challenging conversations and build consensus around new processes
