Role Overview

What You Will Do

Spearhead functional specifications, user stories, epics, and high-level designs for scalable web and cloud native native platforms. Lead and mentor a dedicated scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, championing skill development, morale, and continuous agile improvements.

Proven full-stack web development expertise with a strong preference for C#.NET Web API, React JS and deep SQL programming knowledge. Around 7 to 10 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years operating in a technical lead capacity.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack web development expertise with a strong preference for C#.NET Web API, React JS and deep SQL programming knowledge
• Hands-on development background in cloud technologies, with Azure preferred and AWS cloud experience highly valued
• Solid track record managing end-to-end agile execution, project planning, resource mapping, and status reporting
• Experience building highly secure, reliable applications and working with API consumption, JSON, XML, and CI/CD pipelines
• Around 7 to 10 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years operating in a technical lead capacity
