Job Description

They are seeking a Business Systems Manager to ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial data across Oracle and FCM, supporting business needs, audit compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires expertise in Oracle ERP and EPM, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across ERP and EPM platforms.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the global Oracle financial system.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and maintain system performance.
- Lead other financial systems analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure data accuracy across integrations, hierarchies, and eliminations.
- Address user issues related to data inconsistencies and tool functionality.
- Collaborate with FP&A to prioritize enhancements and manage change processes.
