Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain applications using.NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in.NET / C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular)
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimisation and database design
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.)
• Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, payer/provider data flows)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
