Job Description
The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility, adhering to Federal, State, and local standards, and Trinity Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate or Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
- I.V. certification preferred
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an L.P.N in this state
- Knowledgeable in rehabilitative and restorative practices
- Working knowledge of Long term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of participation and State Regulations
