Job Description
The QI/QM Nurse Specialist will assist facilities to improve overall 5-Star Ratings by monitoring Quality Measures, educating staff, and monitoring the MDS process. The goal is to develop a plan for improvement on any Quality Measure above the National percentage or over the 75th percentile.
Requirements
- Must have worked in long-term care, skilled nursing or a nursing home
- RN preferred, but not necessary
- MDS experience a must
