Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator plans and schedules daily maintenance work activities for the Louisville site, ensuring all materials are available and organized. They maintain stores inventory and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to create schedules.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include maintenance planning and scheduling, leading shutdowns, assisting with parts and time assignments, and performing inventory checks and reconciliations. You will also interface with vendors, ensure safety and quality procedures are followed, and participate in safety programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling (preferred)
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lb
• Valid driver's license
