Job Description
Triple T Hospitality's Tommy's Tavern + Tap is seeking a Barback to support the bartenders and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar. The Barback is responsible for restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining the bar area, and assisting with guest service. The role is vital to delivering a positive and memorable dining experience.
Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
- Weekend availability, including Sundays.
- Must have weekend availability, including Sundays
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary
- Assist with keg changes and deliveries
- Support bartenders during peak hours
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
- Attend training before active floor shifts
