Job Description
We’re building an AI-powered coaching platform for gamers and hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our core team and work directly with the founders to build the backbone of our business.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in investment banking, management consulting, or growth-focused roles (ideally in tech or gaming)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
- First-principles thinker who can structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
- Outstanding communication skills to craft executive-level decks and align stakeholders
