Job Description
The Development Analyst is responsible for assisting the Development team with specific aspects of the real estate development life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills
