Job Description
Trulieve is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to serve as an expert-level consultant and technical authority for their SAP SuccessFactors environment. The role involves designing, troubleshooting, and guiding complex SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with Trulieve IT standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resource.
- Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding are strongly preferred.
