Sheet Metal Supervisor 2nd shift

We're seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards.

Requirements

• Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed
• Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals
• Support new product introductions and process improvements
• Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance
• Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning
• Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives
