Job Description
TruStile is seeking an entry-level Production Associate for its new state-of-the-art facility. This role involves performing product assembly/production functions for custom doors, operating woodworking/production machinery, and adhering to safety protocols. The position offers excellent growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing company. Requirements
- Good fit if you have experience in warehouse, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Reliability, consistency, and the ability to complete required documentation
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Ability to complete schedules and prioritize tasks
- Understanding of quality parameters and specifications
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift with 4 days a week
