Trustly is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and support an agile team of talented engineers. Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in agile environments, with a focus on team empowerment
- Hands-on engineering background with expertise in Java
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks including Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Spring Boot
- Experience working with cloud solutions (preferably AWS)
- Knowledge of service-based architecture and microservices
