Role Overview

Profound is a marketing platform for the AI era. As a Product Manager, AI, you'll own Profound's agent platform, defining how agents proactively monitor brand performance, surface opportunities, and deliver insights to customers automatically. This role sits at the intersection of frontier AI and real marketing workflows.

What You Will Do

Craft the strategy for Profound's agent platform, define the architecture and UX, expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing, optimize the team for velocity and quality, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building excellent software products
• Domain expertise in AI agent systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
• Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of development, data, AI/ML systems, or design
