Recruiting Coordinator

Role Overview

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the team that is building Profound, not just our product, but our people. You will help shape how we find, engage, and hire incredible talent, delivering a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience at every step.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones, serve as the face of Profound for candidates, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements, and play a hands-on role in building out the recruiting function.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, high-volume assistant work, entertainment systems, or similar high-volume operational fields
• Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations, with bonus experience supporting multiple teams or high-volume hiring
