Job Description
We are searching for a BIM Modeller (Site) to prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Higher Nitec/Polytechnic qualification in BIM, Architecture, or related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Polytechnic qualification in BIM, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination
- Relevant BIM certification or qualification
- Proficient in 3D Revit and AutoCAD for architectural and structural drafting
- Experienced in BIM coordination, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and clash detection
- Skilled in preparing detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring design compliance with project construction
- Capable of developing As-built drawings for submission and handover to clients/consultants
- Able to assist with Tender Bids by preparing overall floor plans, sectional drawings, and related technical documentation
