Job Description
The On-Premise Sales Manager will lead customer engagement, set commercial objectives, and drive sales growth in the On-Premise channel across Malaysia. The role involves brand activation, market analysis, and competitor intelligence to strengthen Penfolds' presence in the channel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of commercial experience within a major FMCG company
- Experience in the wine and spirits industry is preferred
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent customers management skill
- Ability to work independently and drive decision making
- Strong commercial acumen
