Requirements

• Manage, train, and mentor production team members
• Oversee and run antibody characterization experiments
• Act as primary point of contact for shift Manufacturing Associates and Specialists
• Provide guidance and oversee priority decisions
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive operational excellence
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with internal and external customers
• Lead cross-functional projects
