Oracle EBS DBA responsible for providing production support, database management, upgrades, and release management, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Linux.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of five years’ experience with Oracle database products, with a majority in a database administration role.
- A minimum of two years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x.
- 3+ years of experience with Linux.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Demonstrated understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an environment with multiple work demands, conflicting priorities, and critical timelines.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Base Database Service is preferred.
- Database tuning and sql statement tuning skills are preferred.
- Experience with different authentication technologies, Weblogic, RMAN, APEX, and other ancillary Oracle products as well as disaster recovery setups is desired.
