Senior Java Developer

Senior Java Developer position available with 8+ years of IT experience. Must have strong Java skills and Spring-based technologies, as well as experience with Kafka, microservices, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Technical lead with 8+ years of IT experience
• Strong Experience in setting up Kafka environment, configure, manage and monitor
• Hands-on software development
• Strong Java 7+ skills and Spring-based technologies (Spring Boot etc.)
• Understanding of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services
• Excellent understanding of systems and infrastructure
• Experience in designing and implementing micro services based solutions
• Experience in application analysis and performance optimization
• Knowledge of RedHat Open Shift Platform (added advantage)
• Knowledge with Cloud technologies, AWS or Azure (added advantage)
• Understanding of Software standards and best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
