Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager—a strategic thinker who will anchor our Product Trio and maximize the value of our platform by expertly weaving together user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field such as Product Design, Engineering, Business Administration
- Experience working as a Product Manager or similar role in a cross functional team
- Strong understanding of product discovery, design thinking, and agile delivery principles
- Knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, and construction techniques
- Experience with user research, market analysis, and validating ideas through experimentation
- Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and roadmap
- Creative approach to given problems
- Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is a must)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with diverse teams
- Analytical mindset by comfortable working with data and metrics
- Driving license (category B)
