
Job description
Lead and perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and start-up of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment. Contribute to a safe working environment and help ensure project success. Local, regional, and national travel is required.
Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power distribution systems and equipment. Conduct insulation resistance testing, power factor testing, and other tests in accordance with NETA standards. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems, proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, and knowledge of NETA standards, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety regulations are required. Ability to travel and work in industrial, data center, and utility environments is also necessary.
