The Client Account Manager I supports daily client delivery activities, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and accurate reporting. This role is focused on executing established processes, supporting client interactions, and applying foundational aspects of transportation and energy industry best practices.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day delivery for clients across Breakthrough's book of business
- Oversee assigned core product accounts and exercise autonomy to make decisions and deliver outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and deliver solutions
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate end-to-end client implementation activities and strategic projects
- Support clients' use of internal platforms and publications
- Identify basic issues using metrics and support resolution efforts
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and client experience
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
