The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an internal consultant providing enabling business support role, responsible for leading professional area, developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy, and leading HR vision.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders
- 2 years of experience in business partner model, working with local managers
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends
